We're sending you this email regarding your E46 CSL style FRP trunk
lid order. We've been using postal service to ship the oversized
packages in the past 2 years. But we were just informed by them that
they will stop accepting all oversized packages. So, we cannot ship
the trunk lid for usd$150 via them now.

There are 4 options we can think of. Please let me know your thoughts
and decision.
1. We cancel the order and issue you the full refund.
2. We ship the trunk lid via FedEx but you will have to pay the
shipping fee difference. (FedEx shipping rate is high but we can cover
a portion as courtesy due to this shipping issue.)
3. If you're interested in our other products(we have a lot more than
what are listed online), you can use the payment as credit towards
other purchases and we will offer good discount on those products as
courtesy.
4. If you have FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL account and you want us to ship
under your account. (you may wanna check their shipping quote first
because our account gets very good discount rate that your account
might not get.)

I apologize for this shipping issue again and we totally understand
the inconvenience it causes. But it's actually causing us bigger
problem too. However, we will try to do our best to help with your

Their original quote is a bit over usd$1100 to ship to Italy. Our
account can get the discount for just usd$470. So, the difference for
you is usd$320 (usd$470-usd$150).

What we can do for you is to cover $150 for you and you pay the
remaining difference usd$170. Basically, we're losing money by
offerring this already. We're doing so as courtesy for customers who
has placed the order before this shipping problem.

Or there could be another option to lower the difference. We can ship
2 trunk lids together to lower the average cost. Are you closed to
18033 Camporosso, IM by any chance? We have another customer there as
well. If we can ship both orders together, I believe it can make the
extra shipping fee less.
