Please keep in mind that this applies to the 5 Series product line only (Sedan and Sports Wagon), the M5 remains as MY06. The MY07 5 Series brings significant improvements that continue the evolution of one of BMW’s iconic models. For 2007 the 5 Series will offer even greater customer value in addition to enhancing the already impressive array of available features. This bulletin will highlight the changes in store for the MY07 5 Series. Sport Package Changes • 20-way power Multi-contour front seats (formerly known as Comfort Seats including articulated upper backrest, adjustable width backrest, adjustable thigh support and 4-way lumbar support) are now included in the Sport Package in place of the Sport Seats. The Multi-contour seats provide increased lateral support as well as additional adjustability options. • The Sport Steering wheel is now included in the Sport Package. New Features: • Auxiliary Input. The 5 Series will feature an auxiliary input standard on all models. The auxiliary input will be located between the two power sockets at the rear of the center console. • Tire Pressure Monitor. The system constantly monitors tire pressures and displays a warning in the iDrive screen when a change in tire pressure is detected. • HD Radio™ (SA653). HD Radio is already offered on the 6 Series and 7 Series and is exclusive to BMW; no other automobile manufacturer offers this technology. Among the many benefits of HD Radio is enhanced digital audio quality, FM reception becomes CD quality while AM reception becomes equivalent to analog FM reception. There are over 650 stations across the country already broadcasting in HD. • Night Vision (SA611). This new feature is now available in the 5 Series. The system uses a thermal-image camera that constantly monitors the road ahead and displays images according to their temperature on the iDrive screen. The night vision system requires the navigation system. MY07 5 Series cars are now available for ordering and modifying, full pricing information will be released at a later date. Re: Serie 5 my07 in pratica dal punto di vista del design non cambia nulla, cambiano solo alcuni accessori. come si diceva in un altro 3d sono stati incrementati gli accessori di serie su tutte le versioni. ora le attiva hanno il navi pro di serie e le futura ed eccelsa anche il high beam assistant, ecc ecc.....
no. con il my06 hanno aggiornato quasi tutti i motori....vuoi che dopo 5 mesi li cambino ancora tutti.........
non credo. l'avrebbero comunicato nella cartella stampa del my07. di solito nella cartella dei my specificano tutte le modifiche...
in pratica gli aggiornamenti sono solo quelli riportati nel testo da me riportato. penso che per gli aggiornamenti sostanziali si deve aspettare 2009/2010... :wink:
