Yes, its an official dealer. I even checked on the BMW.it locate a dealer help I'm starting to get annoyed regarding this.
Really strange, that's the link to the standard contract terms. The contracts I have signed (the last one last week) always refer to those. Maybe your agreement is different because of the financing. https://www.bmw.it/it/footer/footer-section/condizioni-generali-di-compravendita.html
That's definitely weird. If you want you can always post the contract making sure you take out all personal/sensitive data. Someone more skilled than I could assess it.
Ok....Thanks. Just a warning the conditions on the back are extremely hard to read. Shitty font and faded.
90 days is the allowed delay over the delivery date, but you don't have a delivery date on the point B of the contract! I've never seen contract without delivery date...
I think it's quite obvious what he was trying to achieve, removing an exit strategy, delivery condition if there was severe delay. Anyway I made contact this morning, he was again persistent in relation to not giving me delivery date on my contract. stating the delivery month through what's app. I made a call to BMW Italy, like everyone else on here, they also stated the delivery date needs to be stipulated on the contract. I made contact again with the dealer, and he stated he would write me an email with the delivery date. Again, I stated I wanted it on my contract, and had notified BMW Italy who also stated as such. He finally agreed, I now have an end of July delivery date on my contract...... we'll see. Damn, that was annoying.
Considering the overall current car delivery scenario, I'd definitely not call this "get off to a good start", unfortunately.
Well 7 months reading at the related thread looks "average" delivery date, I hope for the opener the dealer sign a far date as safety to avoid calls
