2006 BMW M6 Modified Mods Consist of: Carbon air filters removed K & N stock filter replacement Supersprint Headers Supersprint Cats Superprint X-Pipe w/ SS Resonator Supersprint Sport Mufflers AA Cam ECU Tune 3.91 Dinan Differential Schrick Kelleners cams (showed no power gain on the dyno) Evosport Pulley 2007 C6 ZO6 - Completely Stock 1ST RACE: Both races were a complete brawl - I mean CLOSE as HELL - well.....sort of...........the 1st race was a dead heat all the way up to 120-130 (I was a bit off in calling out my speeds during the video - but you guys can see that we were both RIGHT NEXT to each other! Before the ZO6 got out of 4th gear, I had him by about 2 car lengths. Due to the angle, (I know it seems like his nose was at my bumper which would seem like 1 car length) this was really about 2 cars lengths of distance. Another interesting point: if you closely watch the ZO6's head lights as he shifts into 5th, you will see his car fall back due to gearing (this occurs just after I call out "160" mph in the video) In this race the ZO6 hits 160 shortly after I do and then shifts into 5th and starts to lose ground fast. As a few ZO6 owners said, the car doesn't pull as strong at the first shift into 5th cause it drops a bit low in the RPMs. Thats when I started to pull on him pretty hard. So from 120-160 I pulled about 2 cars in this race. We did another run (off video) where I actually began to inch away around 110. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOWm0rVVJys 2ND RACE: Since the camera is shooting from the ZO6 this time, the "sights" are on the M6 for this run. In this race, the instant we hit the throttle in 2nd, you can see my car shift IMMEDIATELY into 3rd. At the top of 3rd gear I begin to inch on the Vette barely. That actually is at about 90-100 mph. Then some more as I get deeper into 4th. And even more with each up shift. When the Vette hits 5th right at 160mph. I was 3 car lengths ahead. Once I hit 195 mph, I hit the breaks. Il V10 è uno dei migliori motori che mi sia mai capitato di provare, immagino che tu conosca M5onboard, si inchina solo davanti alla F430.
Il tizio sulla Z06 cambia piuttosto lentamente. Considerando comunque il pacchetto auto-motore della Z06 questa M6 va davvero un casino. E comunque quoto Nicola sulle qualiotà dell'S85. Gente che sulle M ci mette le auguste natiche da tempi immemori, ricorda nell'M88 e nell'S14 qualcosa di similare come rotondità in basso-medio termine, ed esplosione dai medio alti in poi.
In effetti va forte ma ho provato a fare una botta di conti per farci tutti sti lavori e mi sa che sia un po' troppo
La M5 so che guadagna 30cv solo con una buona mappa delle due centraline, questo è un upgrade poco costoso e totalmente invisibile per la Bmw. Chi l'ha fatta ha supeto il fondo scala a 330km/h a 7800/gm e 326km/h di velocità GPS.
Qui si parla di camme, scarico completo, coppia conica del differenziale..........solo con la mappa magari andasse così
