Non esiste obbligo di aggiornamento (forse intendi per la DDE) da parte dell'assistenza se non per la risoluzione di un problema, o richiesto dalla casa come azione di modifica, poterbbero quindi nel caso di richiesta del cliente farsi pagare il lavoro svolto. Ciao
