Come risolvere i problemi di cablaggio del portellone

Scusate il ritardo, ho avuto un po' di casini.... Allora, ho controllato tutti i fusibili uno a uno e ovviamente sono tutti a posto... Sto cercando disperatamente il punto dove intercettare il segnale del pulsante lunotto o dove dare corrente alla serratura per farla aprire. In realtà cercando ovunque ho scoperto che il meccanismo di sblocco automatico sembra esistere, è direttamente sulla serratura elettrica, è sul lato sinistro. E' un forellino vicino alla TORX, ci si deve infilare un cacciavite e far scorrere la leva al suo interno. Peccato che per raggiungerla si deve smontare il rivestimento interno del portellone e ci sono due viti che lo impediscono..... Continuo a cercare sperando nella soluzione elettrica.... Vi aggiorno.

Giuro che non sono sparito.... Sono stato bloccato dall'influenza, comunque sia, questa mattina provo (distrattamente e per forza dell'abitudine) ad aprire il lunotto e... Pop... dopo uno scatto un po' più forte del pulsante sotto il tergi, si apre.... Ho rifatto l'operazione 3/4 volte e continua ad aprirsi.... Mistero... Comunque sia sto terminando una guida globale sullo sblocco, chiedo a Spadiz poi se lo riterrà utile, postarla. Non è farina del mio sacco, mi sono limitato a prendere info e foto da internet e le ho messe insieme mettendo un minimo di spiegazione in italiano.

Ciccio!! Ho provato con la soluzione manuale, non serve rimuovere tutto il rivestimento del portellone... amche perche' senza aprire il lunotto non e' possibile (ci sono due viti che non si possono svitare in corrispondenza del bottone di apertura del lunotto).

Ho fatto la procedura io stesso, capire di non dover rimuovere il rivestimento del portellone ha portato via piu' tempo che altro! Basta infilare un braccio dal lato sinistro del portellone e con un ccacciavite sbloccare l'apertura manuale... il problema e' forzare il braccio tra il rivestimento in plastica ed il metallo del portellone.. ecco un po di foto da un reportage che ho trovato, spero possano aiutare!!!

Magari con una traduzione in italiano che potrei fare si potrebbe aggiungere questa utile informazione al perfetto reportage di soncattivo, al quale sono estremamente grato!!

I might be a little late to the game on this, but I found a solution to opening the tailgate glass. First, thanks to frost for the pics he posted. I too got stuck trying to remove the plastic trim because of the two screws that you can only get to with the window open (see frost's orginal picture, it's number 2) The Bentley manual doesn't even mention them, a real help there. Anyway, I ended up, accidentally, breaking them off, or more precisely tearing through them. Turns out to not be a big deal, they still kind of work when I reassembled it.

At this point I have the trim panel off, but I still can't get the window open and I don't feel like tearing into the wiring to energize the latch mechanism. So I'm at work trying to kill some time searching the forums for an answer, thinking surely there must be a manual release, right? I find this post: http://www.bmwland.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=105599 and the last post has what I have been looking for the mythical manual release. I get home and look around at the latch for a second to figure it out, and there is an oval shaped hole, down in the hole you can see some metal and the metal has a round hole in it. I put a small screwdriver in the round hole and the whole metal piece slid up and "pop" the glass was open.

The first picture below is looking at the latch if you are standing at the left rear corner of the car. The second picture is a close up of the latch and inside the red circle is the manual release mechanism.





Now with the glass open I can test the actual switch for continuity. What do you know, it's not the switch, so I'm thinking it's the wiring in the hinge. I close everything up for the night, trim is still completely disassembled, and for the fun of it I try the glass switch...and it releases I'm thinking WTF, I try it a few more times and every time it works. I'm not going to complain and I can go to bed happy.

Next day, it still works and I put the rear hatch back together glad the whole ordeal is over with, but with everything reassembled the switch has quit working again.

Back off with all the trim, except for the main trim panel. I removed all the screws/fasteners except the two hidden under the glass. Now for the test (frost I hope you don't mind that I borrowed your picture, but it's perfect for this explanation)

Once you have the trim panel at the same point as picture 1 below, it's possible to use a long slender tool to get to the manual release. I pulled the left half of the trim down and used a 18 inch flathead screw driver in one hand and a small flashlight in the other(to see what I was doing)to pop the latch. The longer the tool the easier it will be because there's not much room to get your hand, much less your arm, in there. Just in case you're thinking of using something like a straightened coat-hanger, don't, it is not rigid enough to pop the latch.



The only thing I can figure out is maybe with the trim panels removed it took some strain of the wires and the switch would work. That's the only thing I can think of anybody have any other thoughts? Since then the temps have dropped into the teens and 20s and I don't care that much about the problem to brave the frigid weather, but will have a look once it warms up a little. Another strange thing, when the tailgate is open (the whole thing) I can't use the remote to unlock or lock the car doors.

Bisognerebbe chiedere una scansione a chi ha la pre rest, anche se penso sia lo stesso, poi possono essercene di più o di meno a seconda degli accessori installati

io ho la luce del terzo stop non funzionante, qualcuno ha provato a smontare la canalina 3 ?

 

Certo che abbiamo delle macchine proprio delicate. Non so voi ma io sto perdendo la pazienza con questo modello.

 

Io ci sono passato e spero che questo inconveniente non si ripresenti. Spero solo che la "casistica" delle altre rogne non si curi della mia auto

 

A me non funziona la luce targa sinistra. Provato ad esaminarla e la lampadina è ancora buona.

Me lo aveva già fatto tempo fa', avevo comprato due lampadine nuove (prevedendo che si fulminasse anche l'altra, fan così di solito) ma improvvisamente si era rimessa a funzionare.

Spero non sia un problema delle cerniere, ma non dovrebbe coinvolgere tutte e due le lampadine ?

 

Per quanto riguarda il difetto dei cavi nel portellone purtroppo si ripresenterà, magari chi lo ha rinforzato meglio durerà un po di più. A male in cuore devo confermarti che sti crucchi, questa volta, per quanto riguarda i nostri modelli hanno proprio fallato. Tutte le rotture e i guasti si presentano a cadenza regolare e non fa una piega. Io ho cominciato con i cavi del baule posteriore tranciati, FAP, ripartitore di trazione, pompa dell' acqua e la puleggia che inizia gia a farsi sentire. Tutto questo a 111.000 km. Faccio presente che ho una guida molto regolare, non tiro molto e la macchina è sempre in garage e lo uso veramente poco, per fortuna. Ho avuto una 320i touring E36 per 14 anni., anutenzione regolare in conce bmw e mai un problema. Quella si che era BMW.

prima di procedere a smontare tutto, volevo accertarmi che il mio non fosse un problema del "terzo" stop, per provarlo lo alimento a 12 Vcc ? o ha un'altra alimentazione?

 

Ciao! Si direi a memoria che e' nella terza canalina da sx.

Smontarla non e' difficile, con calma e pazienza.

Attento solo quando sviterai il bullone che tiene la canalina e il vetro, che non faccia a mo di catapulta!!!!

Come risolvere i problemi di cablaggio del portellone

Anche a me la terza volta che si sono tranciati i cavi è toccato alla luce targa sinistra mentre la destra funzionava ancora. Anche a me a volte funzionava ed a volte no sino alla rottura finale... mi dispiace ma credo sia proprio il tuo problema.
