Hello, I've got a BMW 123D and I buy a CR6-SB by cntech. I just want to know if a sport air filter like Pipercross here is a good idea ? I see a "simple" air filter costs 35 € and a "sport" air filter Pipercross costs 46 €. Thanks.
I see it is a good idea if you want more sportiness with 204 hp .... of course it takes a fine filter sports .... do well
My two pennies' worth: do not expect any major improvement with a "sport" air panel filter. A panel filter will mainly allow you to save money in the long term since you have only to wash it and not to replace it, but it will not allow you to gain any horsepower. If you decide to replace it, take into consideration also the new oil free filters (I think that Sprintfilter is producing them)
Ok I know that sport filter don't add power, but différence of prices between normal and sport air filter is very little important

I install today my cr6-sb and one word : "waouu!" I only test 3rd gear 50-100km/h : 5 seconds. I don't know if another 123d's man can do this test. Thanks. I'll do several comparisons.
