Da www.bmwm5.com Finally we managed to make the dream come true - visited the legendary Nurburgring Nordschleife. It certainly is the place where M3 really has born. It was my first trip there and you bet, I have to make it again.. soon. In Finland the tracks are flat and maximum 3.5km of length.. what a difference. The most amazing thing was altitude changes. After Berkwerk car acceleration felt so slow, but we understood the cause after driving public roads up to Hohe Acht. On the other hand going down to Fuchsröhre section the acceleration feels extremely nice. The video shows my ~10th lap with BTG time 8:22, which was a huge surprise for me when we initally watched the video. I guess you can learn something about the track by playing GPL.
